Poor packaging, crushed product

I ordered 6 cases of 6 bags of Taylors coffee. I was shipped 5 cases and 6 individual bags that were crushed flat in the shipping box by the other 5 cases.

This was reported via Coffee Supplies Direct's customer contact page, at the same time leaving a message via Taylor's customer support contact page asking if this was a reasonable presentation for their product.

The following day Taylors responded asking for further details and offering to replace the bags directly themselves.

I provided the details requested and 2 days later Taylors confimed that they would be sending me 2 cases of beans. "Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this issue may have caused. May we take this opportunity to assure you of our commitment to customer service and quality manufacture and we do hope that you will enjoy the replacements we are sending to you."

These arrived within days, in perfect condition.

Coffee Supplies Direct have not responded.

I have now ordered from Coffee Supplies Diect 8 times.

One was ground instead of beans (which got resolved), one was perfect. The others all contained bags removed from their protective covers and crushed by the remaining cases (one one occasion to the point of burstng).
