The coffee is good but lacks the intense flavour of the ones that comes in a air tight brick. The repackaged granules are a bit dry.

Retail stores don't often stock this brand, which is a shame because we really like it. Douwe Egberts green is our everyday morning charge, tasty but not too speedy (strength-3) so you can have a satisfying large mugful without having to suffer espresso-rush.
CSD generally seem to have reliable stock and good discount on this line so we tend to buy several 1kg bags at a time.
