Good service from coffee direct but had to wait in unnecessarily for an additional day for delivery because the delivery driver did not ring the bell or knock the door we were both in the front room of our house which is one meter away from our front room we had two messages one to say our parcel would be delivered by 3 o’clock didn’t arrive the second to say by 7 o’clock didn’t arrive then another saying unable to deliver parcel will be delivered next day my opinion is that the driver did not even try to deliver the item on day one disregarding the inconvenience to us how many more of your customers have this happened to not good for your reputation I have no problem with your company just the representaves of the carrier’s you use
